FosterVision

FosterVision is a Santa Clara County interagency data system that updates daily with information from all 32 school districts, Child Welfare, and Juvenile Justice. This data-sharing partnership accelerates support for youth placed at risk in our systems and youth receiving services from multiple agencies across the county.

Service Link

Service Link is a joint partnership between the Santa Clara County Office of Education and the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD). Service Link provides a platform that seamlessly connects embedded school coordinators to essential student data in the data warehouse to log referrals and track family engagement events. De-identified reports are available for programmatic monitoring and evaluation of BHS’s School Linked Services initiative.
